Leadership

Above Average Leadership is a practical, principle-driven framework for leaders who are done settling; for themselves or their teams. It’s built on three pillars: Abandon Your Ego, Walk Your Talk, and Stay Curious.  Simple in structure, but demanding in practice. It’s not about being flashy or perfect; it’s about showing up with integrity, clarity, and courage when it counts.

It’s called Above Average because “good enough” leadership is everywhere and it’s failing us. This framework is for those who are willing to challenge mediocrity, beginning with themselves. Being above average is a choice. One made daily, especially when it’s inconvenient.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence is highly useful in all interpersonal communications, and it is essential in creating a high Trust Culture in your dental practice. In addition to building trust, EI also informs the process for navigating difficult conversations with compassion and professionalism, allowing you to make a greater positive impact in the work you do. After all, better communication and a spirit of collaboration with patients helps them to choose your best and finest care.
