A Time For Resilience

Just the other day a couple people from the Positive Psychology website sent out a compilation of resources to use during Crisis. They called it their Crisis Kit. It was comprised of a few exercises from other articles or courses they’ve done.
We took this crisis kit and made a few minor changes, added in some details to make it easier to use in a self-guided way and are sharing it as a Personal Resilience Toolkit.
