This interactive virtual course will introduce you to the basic concepts of Emotional Intelligence. The focus will be on patient anxiety; how to see it, ask about it and tame it.
We will walk you through a mix of lecture, small group dialogue, and large group discussion to share communication exercises. You will also get to see how Jessica took it to the next level to develop a practice that is a comprehensive relaxation station.

Jessica Martin, the owner of Martin Management and co-owner of Martin Dental, a thriving dental office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, loves sharing ways to help dental offices decrease patient anxiety and make the dental experience positive for every patient. She has utilized her training and work as a licensed school psychologist to create specific strategies for dental offices to remove some of the most common barriers to dental care.Â
Jason is a practicing dentist that will share the inspero emotional intelligence tools to help facilitate improved communication between the team and patients.
