The stars lined up when Peggy Sharp joined our Inspero Team. She is a very familiar face to dentistry and has attended most of Bob Frazer’s courses while working with highly respected Restorative Practices in Austin for the last 35 years. She is very knowledgeable of Practice Management including Financial health of the practice, Hiring, Training, Communication with vendors and as a Patient

Coordinator which includes Ideal Scheduling, Treatment presentation, Financial arrangements etc.

She is a guru of Dentrix and Practice works. She looks for ways to work smarter not harder for her dental practices. Peggy lights up the room with her Passion for life and the people in it. She will find a connection with everyone she meets, and you instantly become one of her extended family.

Peggy first years were on a Texas farm close to Shiro, TX. Where she learned about work ethics and passion for life and the people in it. She has strong family ties, and this goes beyond her blood family. Peggy is known for her big warm and friendly smile, authenticity, naturally service oriented, good listener and communicator and the ability to make you feel safe and at home. She is organized and gets things taken care of. Her energy is endless as she is also very involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through Team in Training. In the 10 years she has been involved her teams have raised in the 5 million mark. She has worked as a team captain, coach, mentor and participant. She continues to participate in the cycling and hiking portion of Team in training. She also enjoys snow skiing and swimming.

In addition, she finds time to spend quality time with her family. Bob her husband of 36 years is a construction super intendant for large commercial construction in Austin. They have 2 grown children, her daughter Valerie and husband Chad live in Hawaii with her 2 teenage grandchildren Chloe and Logan, her son Kurt who has a learning disability is avid in martial arts and continues to live at their new home they just built in Bryan, Tx. They are die hard A&M fans. Her house is not complete without a dog or two. Currently she has two spoiled dogs Deno and Foxxy!
