Dr. Frazer coaches and consults, gives presentations, and conducts workshops for dentists and their organizations across North America and Europe, a 40-year tradition based on his experience in his own successful private dental practice of over 28 years.

Dr. Frazer has led Applied Strategic Planning for organizations as diverse as Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine, the California Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, BIOLASE, Independent Power, the USA -ICD, Surlean Foods, New Earth Soils & Compost Company & individual dental practices.

Bob founded R.L. Frazer & Associates, Inc. in 1991 in response to mounting interest in his dental consulting services, strategic leadership training, and performance coaching. The firm’s exponential growth led him to sell the second half of his dental practice in 1998.

Bob has been married to his wife, Linda, for more than 52 years. They have two sons and five grandchildren. Bob enjoys fly fishing, volunteering with his church and civic organizations, and spending time with his family.
